Angelia Gordon, All About Management, has been our management company for the last 9 years. During this period her performance has been outstanding. Often, going beyond that is expected of a management company. She and her company have diligently kept our records, financial expenditures, etc., in remarkably good condition. Her reports to the association have been timely and on a regular basis and has been prompt in any request made of her, has worked well with all members of the association maintaining there acceptance and respect.
She recently helped us to get new roads, OUC lighting on our property and new fences around the perimeter of our property at a reasonable cost. These are things that have been talked about at meetings and never accomplished for one reason or another and we finally achieved our goals. We certainly hope to continue our relationship with this most competent company.

I just wanted to take this time out to tell you how grateful Destiny Springs is to have you as our management company. As the president of the association I know I could not have managed this without you. I was proud to have you in my corner. Also, every time I have called your office your employees are extremely professional. From the phone receptionist to the supervisor of maintenance, all have a “can do attitude.” Your company is the reason I volunteered for the board. Both you and I being new with Destiny Springs we would have our hands full but I knew listening to you from the audience seat that you had direction and I could make a difference with you leading the way. You have made my job over these last two years so much easier. I was also told by board members that your team works so well together. They close all circles, they leave nothing to chance. Follow up is everything. It is so nice to work with a company that is so professional and who “takes charge”. Your people communicate with each other and most of all they communicate with my Board Members. Your team is truly a shadow of you. There is never a question as to who is in charge at your company. I have been to your office several times and I have seen your employees really into their work but yet with a smile on their faces, nice atmosphere you have set for them. I have also heard from your employees how good you are to them, not only financially but as a “people person”. It is no wonder your people are so loyal to you. The job as a board member is a no thanks job and I understood that going into the election but with you leading the way you have made these last two years very positive and now you have Destiny Springs going into the right direction. We were truly a distressed Association, never having money to do anything until you came along. With your negotiating skills, which are second to none, you have Destiny Springs going in the right direction. I must say also that your ability to pick out décor, such as the pavers at the pool and the laundry room make over, is absolutely breath taking. I like to refer you as our pit bull with lipstick. You really know how to play hard ball when it comes time to. I like the fact you do not let anyone push you around. At all times you had our best interest at heart and that is what I love about your company, we always came first. I know you will find a way to keep improving the view at Destiny Springs. Also, I have been to the office on occasion only to find your office manager walking the property. I love that line “walking the property”. They get involved with the owners. Phone calls are nice but hands on is what I really like about you and your staff. There are 249 home owners that I know at times are tough to deal with but your company finds a way of keeping them happy. I believe the owners are finally seeing things getting better at Destiny Springs and now see the improvements of what their monthly dues is paying for. Your employees are a mirror image of yourself, they show ownership with their jobs, which is rare these days, and their attitudes are always upbeat. They too are self starters. Do you send them to a class or something because I have some workers at my place who I want to send to you for some attitude adjustment. (LOL). I feel this type of letter needs to be written because I feel you and your staff need to know what a GREAT job you are doing . Please feel free to use this letter in any way you see fit because the Management Company Industry needs companies such as “ALL ABOUT MANAGEMENT”. If anyone should need my phone number please feel free to pass it on. With the election coming up next month I will only run for office if you and your company are going to be at the helm. Again thank you for caring about the board and the 249 home owners at Destiny Springs.
