The owner, Angelia L. Gordon, LCAM, has over 23 years of property management experience throughout the United States and oversees a staff of individuals who are well versed in their functions that include: on-site leasing and management, resident relations, maintenance, accounting and marketing. Additionally, the firm has an on-staff licensed real estate broker and sales agents that can assist you to rent or sell your property.
Angelia is a licensed Community Association Manager who started her own management company in 1988. Before doing so, she excelled in positions such as on site manager, district property manager, vice president of new construction, and vice president of property management. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Multi-Housing Associations as well as numerous condominium boards. She is an honored member of Who’s Who Worldwide and is well-known for her motivational and educational seminars. Ms Gordon was the President/CEO of the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce. Due to her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry Ms. Gordon formed A. Gordon Realty.
Stephanie is the Office Administrator at the All About Management Corporate office. She is the right arm to the President of the corporation. Stephanie is well versed in the laws governing Condominium and Homeowner Associations. She oversees the day to day operations of all the properties that All About management has in its portfolio. She is a strong asset to our company and her talents and expertise exceed all expectations.
Martin is Director of Maintenance for All About Management. He is responsible for the maintenance staff and making sure all request are completed within 48 hours. He comes from a family of contractors and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of day to day general work orders, remodeling of condominiums, and rental homes. Whether it is plumbing. electrical, pool maintenance, replacing patios, or painting huge buildings to small homes Martin and his team are the men for the job. He is one of the most professional and respected maintenance men in the industry.
