The owner, Angelia L. Gordon, LCAM, has over 23 years of property management experience throughout the United States and oversees a staff of individuals who are well versed in their functions that include: on-site leasing and management, resident relations, maintenance, accounting and marketing. Additionally, the firm has an on-staff licensed real estate broker and sales agents that can assist you to rent or sell your property.

President

Angelia is a licensed Community Association Manager who started her own management company in 1988. Before doing so, she excelled in positions such as on site manager, district property manager, vice president of new construction, and vice president of property management. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Multi-Housing Associations as well as numerous condominium boards. She is an honored member of Who’s Who Worldwide and is well-known for her motivational and educational seminars. Ms Gordon was the President/CEO of the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce. Due to her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry Ms. Gordon formed A. Gordon Realty.

Olivia
Olivia A. Barket
Vice President

Olivia Barket is a licensed Community Association Manager and a Sophomore at the University of Florida where she is pursuing a major in Finance and a double minor in Accounting and Spanish. She is a Zeta Tau Alpha and is involved in the Young Leaders Conference at UF, and a director for student congress at the Blue Key high school forensics tournament, held at the University of Florida. Olivia is a member of Student and Free Enterprise and the Florida Leadership Academy. She enjoys volunteering at various charities and working at All About Management during her time away from college.

Stephanie Ramery
Office Administrator

Stephanie is the Office Administrator at the All About Management Corporate office. She is the right arm to the President of the corporation. Stephanie is well versed in the laws governing Condominium and Homeowner Associations. She oversees the day to day operations of all the properties that All About management has in its portfolio. She is a strong asset to our company and her talents and expertise exceed all expectations.

Dennis is the Director of Maintenance for All About Management and President of All Maintenance and Landscaping. Dennis has many years of experience in the maintenance industry. Louis A. Frashuer
Corporate Counsel

All About Management employs it own in-house legal professional in support of their managed communities and to provide legal services to its associations at reasonable rates. Andy Frashuer is a Florida licensed attorney, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Treasury Enrolled Agent (EA) who concentrates his practice in the areas of taxation, business contracts, not-for-profit organizations, community association law, bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant disputes. Andy has been representing clients before both the state and federal courts of Florida for over ten years.

Marnina Thompson
Corporate Accountant

Marnina has been in the Accounting sector for over 10 years and is All About Management’s Corporate Accountant. Marnina is a local Floridian and has been doing Property Management accounting for the multi family industry with great success. She has a personal rapport with all of our clients and is helpful in solving any issues that may arise. Marnina is an asset in making sure the community’s we manage stay within budget and exceed all expectations in the collections and increase in revenue.
