The owner, Angelia L. Gordon, LCAM, has over 23 years of property management experience throughout the United States and oversees a staff of individuals who are well versed in their functions that include: on-site leasing and management, resident relations, maintenance, accounting and marketing. Additionally, the the firm has an on-staff licensed real estate broker and sales agents that can assist you to rent or sell your property.

A GordonAngelia started her own management company in 1988. Before doing so, she excelled in positions such as on site manager, district property manager, vice president of new construction, and vice president of property management. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Multi-Housing Associations as well as numerous condominium boards. She is an honored member of Who’s Who Worldwide and is well-known for her motivational and educational seminars. Ms Gordon was the President/CEO of the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce. Due to her extensive knowledge of the real estate industry Ms. Gordon formed A. Gordon Realty.

He has many years of experience in this field and the appreciation of each issue he faces and has an understanding of the goals and objectives of each homeowner’s association.
